Healthcare became reactive
Most systems are excellent when something goes wrong, but weak at helping people make better everyday choices before things go wrong.
About Vobbin
Your body generates signals every day. Vobbin turns them into clarity.
Hey, we're Ashish and Pooja.
Friends first. Then partners in life. Now co-founders of Vobbin - and still, very much, just two people trying to stay healthy while building something we care about.
We both work long hours. We've both had stretches where sleep slipped, routines crumbled, and stress quietly accumulated in ways we didn't notice until they caught up with us. We're not health influencers. We don't have perfect routines. We're just people who started paying closer attention.
And paying closer attention turned out to be the whole thing.
Modern medicine is extraordinary. It saves lives. But it was never designed to answer the question you wake up with every morning: what should I actually do today? That question lives in the gap between a doctor's visit and your daily life - and for most of us, it gets answered by a mix of internet searches, half-remembered advice, and gut feeling.
We have more health data than any generation before us. Wearables, apps, labs, scores. And yet the noise keeps getting louder while the clarity stays elusive.
Vobbin started as our attempt to close that gap - for ourselves, honestly, before anyone else. We wanted something that could take the data we were already generating and turn it into a clear, trustworthy picture of how we were actually doing. Not just numbers. Understanding.
The product we're building is simple on the surface and thoughtful underneath. It's designed to help you become an active, informed participant in your own health - with technology and your doctors as trusted partners, not replacements for your own judgment.
Your data belongs to you. Our job is to make it genuinely useful to you.
That's what we're building. We hope it helps.

Co-founders, Vobbin
Most systems are excellent when something goes wrong, but weak at helping people make better everyday choices before things go wrong.
People now track sleep, workouts, heart rate, and recovery, but still struggle to connect all of it into a simple decision they can trust.
Health started feeling like something that happens to you, instead of something you can understand, influence, and improve every day.
Our goal is simple: help people make better health decisions with less friction, less confusion, and more trust.
We focus on one clear direction for the day, not endless metrics that increase hesitation.
Your body changes through the day. Vobbin updates guidance as your recovery, activity, and habits change.
Phone data, wearables, and manual logs should all work together. You should never be locked into one ecosystem.
Your data is yours. We do not sell personal health data, and we build with security and consent at the core.
